Tito Ceccherini triumphs at the Frankfurt Opera

Another resounding success for Tito Ceccherini at the Frankfurt Opera with a new production of "From the house of the dead" by Janacek, which debuted last Sunday and whose performances will continue until April 29.

A former guest of the German theatre, Tito Ceccherini has led the orchestra and the singing company through the complex pages of Janacek, "highlighting the many layers of colour inherent in music in an authoritative and extremely precise way, without ever losing sight of the overall architecture of the opera" (Deutschlandfunk-Kultur).
The French magazine ResMusica also highlighted how "the great strength of the representation comes mainly from the hole (...) thanks to the particularly innovative direction of the Italian conductor Tito Ceccherini...".
