Program: Wagner 'Siegfried Idyll' and 'Wesendonck Lieder' with the amazing Rinat Shaham and Mozart 'Symphony N° 35, Haffner'.

Jaume Santonja

Jaume Santonja has been appointed Associated Conductor of the Euskadiko Orkestra. The announcement was made on October 8th in San Sebastian.
Since 2018 Santonja is also Assistant Conductor of the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO).

I and the Euskadiko Orkestra are so proud to have this amazingly talented and brilliant conductor and musician as our Conductor in Association. We are looking forward to his personal projects as director as well as his close contact and work with me personally. What a joy to have him in our family!– said the MD Robert Trevino

Jaume Santonja

Jaume Santonja is for the first time on the podium of the Orchestra Sinfonica di Milano LaVerdi. The program includes Tchaikovsky's The sleeping Beauty.

Concerts on December 12 (20h30), 13 (20h) and 15 (16h).

At his second season as Assistant Conductor of the world-renowned City of Birmingham Symphony, he recently got a great success on his debuts with the BBC National Orchestra of Wales, the RTVE Orchestra of Madrid as well as in his first subscription concert with the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra.
