Francesco Lanzillotta


Francesco Lanzillotta is considered one of the most acclaimed young Italian conductors both nationally and internationally.
He is regularly invited by outstanding Italian and foreign Orchestras, such as Orchestra Nazionale della RAI di Torino, OSI Orchestra della Svizzera Italiana, Orchestra I Pomeriggi Musicali di Milano, Filarmonica Toscanini di Parma, ORT Orchestra Regionale Toscana, Sofia Philharmonic Orchestra e Canadian Opera Company Orchestra, just to name a few.
Between 2014 and 2017 he has been principal conductor of Orchestra Filarmonica Arturo Toscanini working on an extremely wide repertoire, from the classic period to the contemporary one, with a special attention to XX century authors.
In particular, the project dedicated to less performed Italian composers of early XX century gained a great interest and success among the public and the critics.
