Tito Ceccherini conducts I Puritani at the Frankfurt Opera

At his third title in the prestigious German Opera house, Tito Ceccherini is back to the Frankfurt Oper to conduct the new production of Bellini's I Puritani staged by Vincent Boussard.

Stanislav Kochanovsky debuts in Birmingham and Stockholm

14 November 2018 -

An intense November of important debuts awaits Stanislav Kochanovsky:

  • on November 14 he is on the podium of the City of Birmingham Symphony (Janáček Taras Bulba, Prokofiev Violin Concerto No. 1 with Krylov, Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 5).
  • on November 28 and 29 he conducts the Stokholm Royal Philharmonic (Borodin Polovetsian Dances from Prince Igor, Tobias Broström Cello Concerto (sol. Amalie Stalheim), Tchaikovsky Symphony No. 1 "Winter Daydreams").

After the huge success on tour in the UK with the State Academy Svetlanov Orchestra in October (The Rachmaninov Second Symphony was a grand, sweeping account nonetheless, one that showcased the ensemble’s velvety strings and piquant wind and brass. A busy October saw Stanislav Kochanovsky returning on the podium of the National Orchestra of Belgium, the Dublin RTE and the Moscow National Philharmonic.
